Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags and packaging.
Initiate Return
Log into your DINT account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
